Questions about extract pdf pages
Can I extract non-consecutive pages?
Yes. Select separate thumbnails or enter a range such as 1–3, 7. Review the selected pages before exporting. The page numbers refer to their position in the PDF.
When should I use Extract instead of Split?
Extract is useful when you want only selected pages. Split is useful for dividing a document into several groups. Neither operation is a substitute for redacting sensitive information within a retained page.
Does this change my original file?
No. Extract PDF pages creates a new downloadable file. The original on your device remains unchanged.
What should I do if processing fails?
Try fewer pages or a smaller file. Open the PDF in a trusted PDF editor to check for damage or encryption. Password-protected files must first be exported using the valid password. At least one page must be selected. Exported PDFs may not retain document-level bookmarks or forms.
Will my files be saved here?
Working files are held in browser memory. Use Start over or close the tab to release the working state. Downloads remain on your device; this site cannot delete them.
